• What is the nearest public transportation?

  Conveniently located for commuters, the 45 bus stops directly on 12th Street for southbound travel and on 11th Street for northbound routes. Just a few blocks north, you'll find the Market-Frankford Line for wider city access. Additionally, the Broad Street Line is available a few blocks west. For regional rail services, Jefferson Station is also just a few blocks north, connecting you to destinations beyond the city.

• Is the community pet-friendly?

  Yes! We allow up to 2 pets per apartment.

• What types of apartments are available (e.g., studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom)?

  We offer a variety of layouts to suit your needs, including studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with a den, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments

• What are the square footage and layout options for each apartment type?

• Are the apartments furnished or unfurnished?

  While our apartments come unfurnished, providing you with a blank canvas to personalize your space, we understand the need for flexibility. We've partnered with esteemed furniture rental companies to help you furnish your home with ease and style, should you wish to get a head start on making it your own

• Are utilities included in the rent?

  No, utilities are not included in the rent. They are paid separately, allowing you to have full control over your usage and expenses.

• Do you offer short term leases?

  Our lease terms begin at 12 months, with options extending up to 24 months to best accommodate your long-term living needs.

• How much is the security deposit, and is it refundable?

  The security deposit ranges from $500 up to one month's rent, depending on various criteria. Rest assured, it is fully refundable, contingent upon the condition of your apartment at the end of your lease.

• What is the policy on smoking or vaping?

  Our commitment to a healthy living environment means 210 South 12th is a smoke-free community, which includes vaping.

• What are the breed and size restrictions for pets?

  We are happy to welcome dogs under 80 pounds at full maturity. We allow up to two pets per apartment with a combined weight of 80 lbs. We have a breed policy to ensure a harmonious community for all our residents. The following breeds and mixes with these breeds are not permitted: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Caucasian Ovcharka, Chow Chow, Dingo, Doberman Pinscher, German Sheperd, Great Dane, Komondor, Malamute, Mastiff, Neopolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Tosa Inu, Scottish Deerhound and Wolf.
