We are happy to welcome dogs under 80 pounds at full maturity. We allow up to two pets per apartment with a combined weight of 80 lbs. We have a breed policy to ensure a harmonious community for all our residents. The following breeds and mixes with these breeds are not permitted: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Caucasian Ovcharka, Chow Chow, Dingo, Doberman Pinscher, German Sheperd, Great Dane, Komondor, Malamute, Mastiff, Neopolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Tosa Inu, Scottish Deerhound and Wolf.
